Welcome to the magical world of Fairies of the Painted Sun ~ Painted Sun Designs. Original one of a kind, purely sculpted by hand, works of art in Polymer Clay by Sunny Talbot. Absolutely no molds were used to create any of my sculptures. Each one has an inner wire armature for strength and is hand painted with fine artist oils. My fairies are all sculpted anatomically correct. Each is signed and numbered.

Artan is a tiny fae with a special gift. The Wizard of The Painted Desert has given him a magic crystal. A crystal with a mysterious magic that only Artan will come to understand and embrace. One day it may save his life.

Above Artan sits in my hand. He is a wee 3" tall in his seated position but those wings make him so much mightier.

Artan's eyes reflect the Aqua brilliance of his magical crystal necklace. It's magic is within him now and glimmers in his eyes. Tiny freckles dance upon his nose and cheeks. He is a beautiful little fae. He has short wavy brown mohair with a bit of moss atop his head.

The backside of Artan. His wonderful wings are made from a large Cicada Insect and backed with glimmering heat set film. This gives them a sturdy and beautiful effect.

Payment: PAYPAL is preferred but you may pay by money order also. Payment must be received before I can ship artwork to you. Payment must also be received within 3 days of auctions end. If payment is not received by then the item will be placed back up for bid and your order cancelled. I am sorry I must have such a strict policy but have run into a problem in the past with payments being delayed for long periods of time.

LayAway: LayAway is available for auctions over $300 dollars. You would pay $200.00 for your first payment due within 3 days of end of auction. Then you would pay your balance off in equal payments for 2 months. The artwork will ship upon final payment. All layaway payments are non-refundable. In the event of default the artist reserves the right to put the artwork back up for auction. Please e-mail me if you win the auction and you are interested in doing the LayAway plan.
