Welcome to the magical world of Fairies of the Painted Sun ~ Painted Sun Designs. Original one of a kind, purely sculpted by hand, works of art in Polymer Clay by Sunny Talbot. Absolutely no molds were used to create any of my sculptures. Each one has an inner wire armature for strength and is hand painted with fine artist oils. Each is signed and numbered.

Tegan is a tiny flying fairy boy who has just found himself a noisy little bell. Tegan thinks the bell is neat but knows it must belong to someone else. He sneaks past his mother quietly. He is concentrating and flies very steadily so the bell does not make a sound. He soon finds a hiding spot where he is sure his new treasure will be safe.

Tegan is a small boy and like all my sculptures big or small they are anatomically correct. He wears a small brown loincloth that ties behind his back, Leaves in his hair and on his clothing. A piece of Turquoise hangs around his neck for luck.

Tegan's bell is antiqued brass with a small design. It does actually have a really cute ring to it.

Tegan has authentic Cicada wings that I removed from a Cicada insect. They are very strong and backed with Fimo Gel & shimmering translucent film. Heat was then added to set the wings to a hardened state. His wings do not remove from his back. They also have shimmering glitters to add sparkle.

Tegan suspends in the air by a wire that has a spinner on it so he can rotate freely. All he needs is a hook in your home or office and he can show off his bell!

Here is another view of Tegan. He is so cute and tiny. Just floating in the air.

Here you can see Tegan's tiny face, blue eyes and freckles. I just love freckles and had to paint them on him. Just adorable.

Front view of Tegan sneaking his bell past his mother. "Watch out so you don't get caught!"

Size comparison of Tegan in my hand. Oh so cute! Happy bidding!
